Payment

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and Net banking.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping

We have same day delivery in Indore. orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. 

99% of All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed over the Weekends will be dispatch on Monday.

You will receive an email / text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputed couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time.

Bon La Vie cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Failed delivery / wrong address: 

if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery still cannot be completed, the customer will need to bear the re-shipping charges for a fresh delivery attempt

Shipping Charges: 

Shipping is free for most of orders except for few special items for which we charge  Rs 200 Shipping charge will be visible at checkout.
