Shipping and Refund policy

Payment
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and Net banking.

Shipping & Returns
Bon La Vie ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

You can reach us at connect@bonlavie.com or +91 9406685555 between Monday-Saturday, 10AM to 6 PM in case of any queries.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most part of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Bon La Vie cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free for most of the pre-paid orders except for few special items for which we charge  Rs 49/- to 149. Shipping charge will be visible at checkout.

Cancellations:
Orders placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 9406685555 to cancel the order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange :
We have a 07 day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only if there is any quality issue with the product or the item contents are not as per the description printed on the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at connect@bonlavie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on connect@bonlavie.com within 1 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
