• Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method.
• Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to help! You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please email us at connect@bonlavie.com immediately with your order number.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, while express options are available at checkout.

At this time, Bon La Vie only ships within India. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

We offer a 07-day return policy for most items in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if there is any quality issue with the product or the item contents are not as per the description printed on the original packaging.
